Your journal is stored locally on your device. No account is required. Export a backup and transfer your entries using the import feature. An optional app lock protects access using device authentication.
For iPhone and iPad. Available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Dutch. The app can automatically follow your device language.
The app provides general information and planning tools. It does not diagnose conditions or replace individual medical or nutritional advice. No specific weight-loss result is promised. Ingredient filters cover listed recipe ingredients; also check product labels.
The weight journal and calorie table are free to use. Meal plans require PRO, a one-time in-app purchase. The applicable price is shown before purchase. Previous PRO purchases can be restored.
