This app consistently fails to record my mileage, therefore my points don’t get recorded. Extremely annoying to have to always reset my app for it to work. Not reliable.

The Dicks app is unpredictable. It syncs some days with the apple watch and not others. Totally random and frustrating.

The Dicks app has quit working again. The last time my Fitbit synced with the Dicks app was on 3/17/18. I have tried unpairing devices, uninstalling the app and still haven't had any success. I'm going to have to redeem my points soon and I wonder if it will let me. So far the support for the app is non existent.

"Ever since Fitbit updated their app to "change app icon" it seems that this app cant find my Fitbit and I get stuck at the Manage Trackers screen. Its blank and the only thing I can do is cancel or read the info." I'm having this issue....
