2) Tenant receives an email that brings them to the online screening form.
3) The form securely gathers all required information in about 10 minutes, showing them what to fill and ensures they fill all the right information.
4) It gets their signature (legally approved all over the US and Canada).
5) It takes payment by credit card.
6) Tenant submits -> Youre notified.
7) The application gets automatically submitted for you.
8) When complete (typically between 30 minutes to 3 hours), youre instantly notified to your app that the report is ready.
9) Open it and decide!
