Application: DITP Care is part of the automated management system for international trade conflict and petition. It facilitates users in their step-by-step creation of petitions and complaints in efficient and timely manner. DITP-registered entrepreneurs can create their petitions on Application: DITP Care, follow up on their existing petitions, and get notified if there is any update on their petition. It also provides a database of knowledge and history of petitions and resolutions for entrepreneurs to learn from in order to reduce their risks of being taken advantage of in the business arena.
Users can equally manipulate their petitions through Application: DITP Care or at DITP official website at http://care.ditp.go.th/ or call DITP Call Center 1169.
