Converts RNA sequences to Amino Acid sequences as you type them in. Got a long sequence? Just paste it right into the app, then copy the output to where you need it. An RNA to Amino Acid search table is included for quick lookups.
Punnett Square calculations -
Creates 2x2 or 4x4 Punnett Squares based on inputs. Calculates more than the traditional Aa x Aa; enter any letters or numbers in order to track specific genes. Statisticics display shows allelic frequencies of the output for quick analysis.
DNA complementary sequence finder -
Finds the complementary sequence for DNA sequences as you enter them. Copy/Paste functionality included for long sequences.
