The DNA Learning Lab is a mobile learning and knowledge sharing solution for Pernod Ricard Employees based in the UK. The Company’s Learning and Development Programme is called DNA – Develop, Nurture, Achieve and it is administered through the DNA Learning Lab, accessible via iPad and iPhone.
The DNA Learning Lab enables all Employees to have full visibility of and access to all L&D related resources from Induction through to Brand Knowledge through to Functional Excellence, Management and Leadership, and enables all employees to manage their own DNA Learning Strand including workshop enrolments.
