DormWatch at Mac App Store analyse

DormWatch is a mobile app which allows users (such as foreign workers), to report on defects, broken facilities/ equipment directly to the dormitory operator. The app aims to encourage operators to self-regulate and fix the issues identified by users. It also tracks, monitors and alerts parties of that latest status updates. MOM will also be kept informed on the progress of the issues identified; MOM would be able to step in and inspect the premises if deemed necessary.
