Evaluation of levels

Pharmacist!! · 9 years ago · v1.2

This app is good in determining the initial dosing of Vancomycin and Amino-glycosides; however, its useless as it doesnt allow to plug in levels (i.e. Peak and Trough), determine the actual half life and volume of distribution, and come up with a new regimen based on those levels
