Dispatcher Phoenix Mobile (DP Mobile) expands the power of Dispatcher Phoenix by allowing traveling and field-based employees to easily access their document workflows from their smart phone or tablet. Addressing current workforce trends in which many employees are rarely in the office, DP Mobile is a convenient and secure iOS mobile solution that ensures employees can maintain and even maximize their productivity while they are on-the-go. For example, insurance claim adjusters can submit photos from accident sites; legal associates can share important documents with their firm while they’re in court; and truck drivers can submit bills of lading while on the road. With this easy-to-use app all mobile workers can capture, process, route, store, print, and share files – from anywhere and at any time.
KEY FEATURES:
File Submission – The DP Mobile app makes it easy to submit photos, email attachments, and files from cloud resources directly into your Dispatcher Phoenix workflow. You can use your mobile device to process electronic files – including converting them to PDF or Microsoft Office formats, renaming them, adding Bates stamps, redacting sensitive data, and much more. After processing, these files can be uploaded to a document management system, shared via email with colleagues, sent to a printer, etc.
Document Indexing and Folder Browsing – All of the advanced document indexing and intuitive folder browsing capabilities offered by Dispatcher Phoenix are now available on your mobile device. You can add index information for future document identification and retrieval, view your directory structure and/or favorite folders to choose a file destination, and even create a new folder to send files to. In addition, you can include geo-tagging information to validate exactly where a photo was taken.
Secure Mobile Print Release – Taking advantage of the secure print release capabilities of Dispatcher Phoenix’s Release2Me solution, you can now use your mobile device to release print jobs whenever you’re ready. On your smart phone or tablet, you can view a list of jobs in your print queue, select from a list of print devices or add one “on the fly,” and print out your document to the most appropriate device. With DP Mobile’s print release feature, the safety of your sensitive or confidential information is ensured.
