This app helps users to enroll and understand various training programs provided by OTC, DP World, UAE Region.
OTC app is a user-friendly mobile application which provides relevant information about the various training courses offered by Operations Training Center, DP World, UAE Region. The Visitors and Third Party Truck drivers can enroll themselves for the Safety Induction Course without any hassle through this. The app features live capture of training feedback which increases the fidelity of customer satisfaction results.

• About us: About DP World, Operations Training Center and Media.
• Training courses: This application helps the user to learn about the training courses conducted at OTC. A ‘click’ on the interested course provided in the portfolio gives a clear picture on the target audience, description, available modules and duration.
• Training request: Visitors and Third Party Truck drivers can request for Safety Induction after filing in the personal particulars and contact information. The training timing, venue and other details are forwarded to the user’s email upon registration.
• Training feedback: The trainees are given the option to rate and comment on the training by the end of the course. This is used as a feedback mechanism for improving the course and to assess customer satisfaction.
• Location map: The application is synchronized with GPS and helps you to reach us.
• Contact us: You can reach us via phone with the details provided.
