How can a company stay in business when their primary product doesnt properly function? Took me an hour to get this to work and when it finally did, I realized my data is being stored in China. Uh, no thanks.

This app just gets stuck at a spinning globe on launch. No usability.

This app does not work at all, get stuck and supposedly cannot connect to the Internet. I hope that, somehow, the rewards program is less useless than this. Shockingly unprofessional for a large entity in the customer service industry to not even be able to create a basic and get it to start up.
