Based on scientific research, our app estimates the amount of water you should drink based on your weight, sex, and lifestyle.
Smart reminders nudge you to drink at just the right moments. If you're on top of things, you won't see a reminder. If you're behind, you will see a lot of them. You can always turn them off in the settings.
Record what you drink and visually see how you are doing, how much you have drank, and how much you still need to.
Record various types of drinks. The app will automatically calculate how much actual water was in the drink. Some drinks such as alcohol, actually dehydrate you.
The app learns your favorite drinks and allows you to record these with one tap.
See a variety of insightful stats about your hydration: Streaks, Weekly Performance, Lifetime Water Drank, and an elegant Graph showing your hydration level over the past two weeks.

I hope you all are staying healthy and hydrated moving into the Summer. I've updated the widget to work with the latest software and devices. Now you can see your daily progress and log drinks directly from your home or widget screens. As many of you have requested, I'll be adding more drink types such as Gatorade and others in the next update, so keep a look out for that.
