What are your most logged drinks? Are you drinking less water this week than the last week? How often did you achieve your goal this year? You will find the answer in the statistic section in Drinkit. HYDRATION INDEX Not all beverages are created equal from a hydration standpoint. Absorption is affected by the amount of fluid ingested, electrolyte and carbohydrate content, and the presence of diuretic agents (substances that promote urine production). APPLE HEALTH SYNC By allowing to read and write to the Apple Health App you are able to synchronise your water consumption with other apps. This will make sure the information across all your health and fitness apps is the same. SMART REMINDER Define the interval when you want to get notified. You can even decide if you don’t want to get notified anymore after you reached your daily goal. NOTIFICATION SOUNDS You can select between nine different notifications sounds for your notifications. This includes a drop of water and even a burp sound. 27 DIFFERENT DRINK CATEGORIES We already provide a bunch of different drink categories.
