Description
Drive Sober West Virginia is a tool for all people in West Virginia that may have had too
much to drink and are considering getting behind the wheel. Use this app to find a
sober ride home at any time. Drinking and driving is a dangerous behavior and is
not worth the potential consequences. Don’t take a chance on getting a DUI or in a
crash.
The app features a one-button dial to Report a Drunk Driver. The handy "Text a Friend" feature allows you to instantly text up to 6 designated contacts with a message asking for help getting home, including your exact coordinates using GPS.
You can use the app to contact the West Virginia State Police if you should see a dangerous driver on the road.
This app is free of charge from the West Virginia Office of Highway Safety and provides
a listing of taxi services, limousine services and drive & ride services throughout the
larger metro areas in the state.
Use the Drive Sober West Virginia app and help make our roads safer and avoid the
personal consequences that come with an arrest for DUI.
