ABOUT US: As a DriveNow customer you have access to our cars at any time, whenever you need one. Our cars are not bounded to a specific location, they are scattered across the business area in each city. You can rent them from everywhere and park them in all public parking lots within the business area. Fueling/charging, parking fees, insurance and taxes are all included in the price. DriveNow car sharing is in Germany available in Munich, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Cologne and Hamburg. You will also be able to find us in Vienna, London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Brussels and Milan. WHAT WE OFFER: FIND AND RESERVE YOUR DRIVENOW CAR IN THE APP • The nearest car to your location is selected for you on app start • Use the car filter or swipe to find your desired car near you • Reserve your car with one touch • You need more time? Extend your reservation ALREADY PLAN YOUR TRIP IN THE APP • Enter your destination in the app and it will be sent to your cars built-in navigation system • Book Hourly Packages • Differentiate between a private and a business trip FIND AND OPEN THE CAR • Navigate to your car • You can not find the car in the streets? Let it flash MANAGE YOUR ENTIRE RENTAL PROCESS WITHIN THE APP • See the status of your current rental in the app • Check how long you have been on the road or how many minutes are left of your hourly package • Decide if you want to end your rental, park, fuel or charge the car Sounds good? The app and the service are both great. In this initial fase (writing from Milan) the availability is really awesome. Only one issue in the app is that the history takes too long to update. In the car2go app for instance its in real time. Hope to see its working fine soon. Keep the service great guys. Thank you.
