They do not listen their customers. Paysbuy is a nightmare for digital payments. And promotions are not in line with customer needs >>> Recommended For You is not efficient

Genau das richtige, wenn man eine Prepaid-Karte von dtac in Thailand nutzt. Einfacher zu bedienen als die Online-Oberfläche. Login-Daten werden automatisch gezogen. Sprache kann auf Englisch umgestellt werden. Very easy to use this app. No login-data required, auto-login with your phone number.

Sometimes confusing to use, incorrect pricing India

For unknown reasons the app does not allow you to purchase add-on packages, even when you have enough credit. (For example, if the balance is 100 baht, you cant purchase an add-on priced at 89 baht) Other than this the app is fairly ok

No Internet Connection Error w/WIFI

After the updated, it shows No Internet Connection Error even if hi-speed wifi is available on ios7.x. But if inputs a phone number under the error, it can be sent a PIN code. And you should indicate a remaining data usage info before over quota instruction or other promo info in a my profile.(e.g. 199B Monthly Plan)

Credit card top off not working

Option to use credit card to top off account not working when using US credit card to top off a local number in Bangkok from DTAC. Repeat message of authorization not approved while credit card works perfectly. App does not allow users to renew previous top up offer or allow users to renew previous data plan that they were using. Their should be an option in the app where people could see their previous plan and be able to subscribe to the same previous plan if they are on a month to month plan with a prepaid SIM card.
