"Illegal Characters"

Loved the app. But then it began to not display the contents of txt files I had already read. I sent a message to them and was told it must be due to illegal characters. If they are illegal how come I used to be able to see them?

It works extremely well and I also love the audio function. Idk how else to show my gratitude but this app is definitely phenomenal!
