DuPont™ Risk Factor™ App helps in meeting the challenges of Risk Management based on DuPont™ Risk Factor™ program. The app helps to practice and sustain the learning of the classroom program (i.e. Pause/Process/Proceed). The application will identify and list out high risks activities/areas/processes/etc. and provide insights that will enable Clients to mitigate risk & severity. The app will provide alignment on Risk Scores and what are the different activities/processes Clients/Users identify and actions taken to mitigate the identified risks. The DuPont™ Risk Factor™ APP adds further value by providing a “In Real Time” tool to measure the Key Performance Indicator that measures the rate of adaptation of the Risk Factor Principles, and the quality of the Risk Scale conversations; i.e. KPI to measure frequency of use of P/P/P methodology at field/site level post class learning.
