This App should only be downloaded if you have an EAP IYP Code provided by your employer.
What’s special about our EAP App is for the first time ever, if you’re feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, or just plain worried about anything you have, In Your Pocket, the tools to help you deal with your how you’re feeling.
Care first EAP In Your Pocket provides a gateway into all the services provided by your organisation’s Employee Assistance Programme, but with the benefit of allowing you to decide what’s best for you.
From the App, you can access:
Stress Free Island - The world’s first evidence based app to prevent and manage stress, anxiety and other related conditions. Developed by highly experienced consultant psychiatrists and psychologists and guided by DAP - Care first’s Digital Assistance Provider, you will use easy to learn clinically proven techniques to help you live a happier, relaxed, stress free life.
Lifestyle - Care first Lifestyle is our comprehensive library of health and wellbeing information and articles supporting all areas of your life. Organised in four sections:
- At Home – Relationships, Family, Your Home, Bereavement, Debt, Finances, Childcare
- At Work – Change, Stress, Conflict, Promotion, Pressure, Retirement
- Health – Physical, Mental, Nutrition, Depression, Stress, Smoking, Diet
- Managers Area – Support tools and articles to aid manager’s in the workplace
You will also find a debt calculator, wellbeing assessment and access to online counselling.
Counselling – Once you’ve tried the techniques DAP has shown you on Stress Free Island, you may still feel it would be helpful to talk with one of Care first’s BACP accredited counsellors. Call or arrange a callback to suit you.
