All reviews →first day out the box and headphones cant be found by audio hub app. nothing works to connect and pair them. i honestly don't understand how a company with such a high standing has an app that doesn't work sooooo consistently. its somewhat embarrassing on turtle beachs part that an app compared to your headphones is what's not working .... shame. its an app .... i find it highly lazy for these issues to be going on for over 2 years . idk if i can trust this product .
I've downloaded the turtle beach hub many times now to my PC. It opens and says "please connect a turtle beach device" whether I do or not, it closes. I bought stealth 600s almost 2 months ago and the hub did it then and does it today. Is there a way to fix this so I can adjust the volume like it advertises? This is frustrating to spend this much on a gaming headset for the hub not to work like it should.
