We made Earplug because were like you. We love sleep-sound apps but never found what we were searching for, so we built our own: Earplug. Its distraction-free in its sound, design and stability, and its quality from beginning to end.
INSTRUCTIONS
• Unlock your iPhone, iPad or Mac
• Open the Earplug app
Earplug can also be controlled from the Control Center, Apple Watch, and the iPhone lock screen.
The App also works great with headphones (especially Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones and Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II) and external speakers. The App will resume after your alarm or timer goes off, and will respond to the Bluetooth media controls on your lock screen.

In the quest to perfect our newly crafted soundscape, our team embarked on a rather unique journey of collaboration and wisdom-seeking. We consulted with a diverse group of spiritual and cultural advisors to infuse deeper tranquility into the Earplug experience.
First, we journeyed to a remote village to sit with shamans known for their profound connection with natures rhythms. They taught us about the sacred sounds that soothe the soul, and their knowledge helped us tune our white and pink noise to resonate more deeply.
Next, we spent time in a monastery, learning from a Buddhist monk who had mastered the art of meditation. He showed us how even the subtlest sound frequencies can influence the minds ability to find peace. His insights were invaluable in refining our sound to facilitate deeper meditation and relaxation.
Finally, we sought the counsel of several wise elders from various cultures, each renowned for their deep understanding of lifes nuances. They shared ancient wisdom about the sounds that have traditionally been used to heal and calm the human spirit. With their guidance, we crafted a soundscape that not only masks disruptive noises but also promotes a profound inner calm.
The result? A soundscape with an intention so subtly enhanced that while a spectrum analyzer shows no difference, the effect on your mind and body is unmistakably more soothing and calming. This holistic approach, blending advanced technology with ancient wisdom, has created an experience that deeply resonates with all who use it.
