Take attendance fast - One-tap status cycling per student - Set every student to the same status with one button - Reorder by first or last name - See live counts of present, absent, late and any custom status Set up your classes once - Add students manually or import from a CSV file - Save students once and reuse them across courses - Set a recurring schedule and the app generates upcoming classes for you - Each class gets its own date, time and notes Customize the statuses you actually use - Edit the default statuses: Present, Absent, Late, Excused — or create your own - Color-code each status - Choose which statuses count as a missed class so reports stay accurate Reports that make sense to admin - Daily attendance and a list of who was missing - Per-student attendance history with a visual breakdown - Full-term and summary reports across any date range - Email any report directly to parents or colleagues, or share via the iOS share sheet Per-student records - Photo, contact details, and any custom fields you need - Add dated observations and notes — useful for parent meetings or end-of-term reviews - Email a single student’s full record in one tap Extras teachers actually use - Random student picker for cold calls - Random group generator, up to 30 per group, for activities - iCloud sync keeps your classes consistent across iPhone and iPad - Passcode lock for the times your phone leaves your hand Privacy Attendance data is stored on your device and synced through your private iCloud account.
