I would jump to 5 stars if this included all my home calculations by adding a prepayment schedule/calculator which enabled me to figure out how soon Id be paid off when I drop say 1k here, and 20.00 extra a month there. Definitely a must use app for those that really wanna know their true financial power and position!

decent for a free app
does what you would expect from a free app. simple, easy, no fancy design.
Not that great! Ok 4 free
Several issues with this. 1) the screen changes color every time you press it. 2) the return does not work, you have to press the screen to go get rid of the keyboard (hence the stern color change) 3) if you clear then press calculate, you get NaN (not a number) so there is no validation. 4) not American date friendly. The calculations seem okay.
Exceptional
Simple and gets the job done quickly. I especially like the amortization schedule, and best of all its free.
