Description

It has never been easier to configure hydraulic proportional valves, optimize performance, check status, or see error messages. Use the easy2connect app for Bosch Rexroth hydraulic valves with digital onboard electronics (OBED) to simplify commissioning and increase productivity. The easy2connect app allows your smartphone or tablet to interface with the OBED enabled Bosch Rexroth hydraulic components. Valves can be supplied with a Bluetooth dongle or this can be installed on site (VT-ZBT-1-1X). The adapter displays operating status LEDs which turns blue while communicating, to verify component location. Bluetooth components identify themselves to the app. View the digital nameplate (model code, material number, software, firmware) as well as conditions, temperature of electronics, and operating hours. Status and errors are displayed in plain text, such as Cable break. Log In (or create a password) to gain full access to easy2connect features. See command values, actual or output values, configure analog I/O signal type and range, and change parameters. The Controller screen has application settings. The patented slider bar allows you to adjust sensitivity from moderate to aggressive, for optimizing dynamics while running in closed loop pressure control. Experts can enter individual parameters for Proportional gain, Integral, and Active Damping, if desired. The Sensor screen configures the pressure sensor, signal type, and operating range. OBED models with IO Link interface (L1 option) can display IO Link status and master information in the app. Save your changes to a file on your handheld device when finished commissioning.
