Description
The EasyMotionSkin app is used both at home and in studio environments and allows you to control the MotionSkin. The app has various training programmes that can be performed with the EasyMotionSkin system. Strength training is offered in the 7 Hz frequency range, endurance training in the 40 Hz range, power training in the 85 Hz range and relaxation training at 100 Hz. The user receives an overview of their scores and has the ability to achieve different goals. The prerequisite for using the app is the availability of an EasyMotionSkin system.
