EasyTag is the easiest way to organize all of your shipments and orders. It provides complete visibility of all incoming and outgoing shipments, which are represented in easy-to-read tables, with pictures, automatic shipment tracking, and status updates. EasyTag can send you push notifications about your sales activity, your daily sales summary, or when an important shipment is delivered.
REAL-TIME COLLABORATION ON THE SHIPMENTS AND ORDERS
You can collaborate with people within your organization by posting comments on the shipments and mentioning people and pictures. People can be assigned to shipments, so they will be notified of any posted comments or a customer feedback. Easytag provides a platform for easy, well-organized and lightning-fast communication with your customers. Your clients will be delighted to receive your updates on the orders with pictures, and to be able to chat with you by simply replying to the email. All communication between your company members and with the customers will be organized within shipments.
SALES ANALYTICS ON THE GO
EasyTag shows you all the orders your business receives in real time. Orders can be initiated by your staff or automatically by your web shopping cart. You can immediately see the current sales for the day. The analytics view also shows you the daily, weekly and monthly sales visualized into graphical plots. You can set the target sales amounts and the app will instantly show you how you’re doing.
INTEGRATION WITH UPS AND FEDEX
EasyTag brings UPS Quantum View and FedEx Insight to your iOS devices. It automatically enters all inbound and outbound shipments into your shipments list. You will be made aware of anything that ships on your UPS and FedEx accounts.
PICTORIAL EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
You can delight your customers by sending them great looking, mobile-friendly email notifications about order updates with photos of the real product they've ordered. Such notifications can be sent out by a tap on a button, or automatically at the end of the day when the tracking information becomes available.
A PERFECT ORDER PICKING SOLUTION
If you are shipping products that have UPC / EAN barcodes or SKU numbers, EasyTag will serve you as an easy-to-use and intelligent order picking solution. It will keep track of the items in a shipment, making sure the orders are complete and filled with correct products. Easytag can automatically generate awesome packing slips with product pictures, which are emailed to your customers when the orders ship.
EVERNOTE INTEGRATION
EasyTag is integrated with Evernote. It will save all shipment information with pictures and audio into designated notebooks on your Evernote account. This increases redundancy and reliability of your data, with the convenience and versatility of the Evernote interface.
BARCODE SCANNING
Scan all incoming and outgoing shipments with EasyTag app on your smartphone. It recognizes tracking barcodes with all major carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, USPS, Purolator...) and lets you take pictures, text notes and audio notes associated with the shipments. When receiving shipments, the scanner in the app will instantly show you information about the piece you’ve just scanned: weight, box number and a total number of boxes, sender’s city, state and country.
