All reviews →Will never buy another ecobee product due to being bombarded with ads in the iOS app. Not a way to treat paying customers.
Loved the old app. The new app is not as good. Why the extra step to go to a web page for the Home IQ information? Please provide a good update soon. Thanks
Homekit connection is not working recently. It was fine until yesterday. The iOS Home app keeps showing the ecobee as "Updating" and doesn't update. It's just not controllable via Homekit now. The ecobee app works fine but Homekit control is broken. All my other Homekit devices work fine and is responding properly. Only the ecobee3 is failing at Homekit.
