Description
The 8th European Conference on Rare Diseases & Orphan Products (ECRD) will be held on 26-28 May 2016 in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. This biennial forum, organised by the European Organisation for Rare Diseases (EURORDIS) and co-organised by DIA EMEA, brings together rare disease patients, policy makers, health care professionals, industry, payers, regulators, researchers and academics. The Conference provides a unique platform for the exchange of state-of-the-art information and ideas in the fight against rare diseases. ECRD covers topics on research, diagnosis, development of new treatments, healthcare, social care, information, public health and support at international, European, national and regional levels.
