Eden Photos is a heavenly simple tool for automated organization of your photos, empowered by image recognition and artificial intelligence. Instead of being just another user interface for browsing photos it integrates deeply into the Mac OS and iCloud experience and enhances the search and browsing capabilities of the apps you are already using for managing photos - Photos, Finder, Dropbox, and any software that reads IPTC tags.

Photos app experience:
• Eden recognizes objects and scenes and adds them as keyword tags to your photos and videos
• These keywords are automatically synced to all your iCloud enabled devices and apps
• You can search directly in the Photos search box taking advantage of the auto-generated keyword tags
• You can modify the keywords by adding or removing some later on if you’d like
• Eden automatically creates multiple albums based on popular visual topics such as “Beaches & Seaside”, “Events & Parties”, “Pets & Animals”, etc. and adds the relevant photos there

Finder experience:
• Eden indexes the photos in your Pictures folder and subfolders, Dropbox’s Photos and Camera Uploads folders, and any folder you’d like to add
• The recognized objects and scenes are added as Finder tags (for JPG, PNG and GIF files) and/or IPTC keywords (for JPG files) to your images
• You take advantage of all the benefits coming from having Finder tags, such as searching in the Finder search box and search bar or picking a tag from the list of all or favorite tags
• IPTC keyword are the de facto standard for a lot of photo management services and tools and having these auto-generated enables you to take advantage of their functionality
• Smart Folders are created for each visual topic

Eden preferences:
• Control which content to be indexed - Photos, Pictures, Dropbox and/or custom folders
• Control if nude and explicit photos should be indexed
• Manage the list of custom folders for indexing
• Select which visual categories to be recognized and created as Photos Albums and Finder Smart Folders
• Cleaning the Photos keywords, the Finder tags and/or the IPTC keywords from your photos and image files
• Managing your subscription

Eden Photos is a subscription based application. Purchasing the app will give you a 6-month complimentary subscription. After this period is over, you can extend your subscription for $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year through an in-app purchase. An active subscription gives you an uninterrupted tagging and categorization of all your existing and newly added images and photos. Prices vary depending on your location.

Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will not be able to cancel a subscription during the active period. You can manage your subscriptions in the Account Settings after purchase.
