Marshalls Stancliffe Stones has a portfolio of British building stones, which form part of Scotland’s built heritage.
With over 4,500 listed buildings, Edinburgh is world-renowned for its rich architectural heritage. The two main areas of particular interest in this historic city are the Old Town, which includes the medieval fortress of Edinburgh Castle, and the neoclassical New Town which dates back to 18th century.
Marshalls, mapped areas of the Edinburgh city are intended as an exchange of ideas, a guide to the cities architectural stone heritage, illustrating Marshalls British Stone Portfolio through a collection of buildings; historic to contemporary new builds and dynamic landscaped areas which demonstrate the sustainability and longevity of the indigenousness stones they are built with.
