A proposal incorporating mobile devices with GPS to work on projects on a geographical area.
A tool that allows teachers, students and families to create routes, and location-based experiences.
The project is an initiative of Itinerarium Foundation with the support of Omitsis and Itinerarium enterprises to provide a technology platform and a methodology to generate location based scenarios for Educational Communities located in a given area..
It has two technological environments and a methodology.
The technological environment consists of two parts:
- The Web site that allows users (students, teachers, family ...) create scenarios and location-based activities in a particular area of the territory, close to school or not.
- The application that allow users to experience from scenarios and activities created by others in a particular area.
