Description
Community Response is a component of 39°north’s eGIS mapping platform which allows citizens to report community issues. More specifically, this application allows users to locate and report an incident using predefined categories. The application automatically determines the appropriate office to be notified of the incident and generates an email. The constituent will receive notifications when the incident has been updated by the officials.
