Elastic Drums is a music app showcasing an interactive drum kit, that enables to create a huge range of rhythmic grids, ranging from classical analog drumkits up to experimental soundscapes. It contains six channels of high quality synthesized drum sounds, a step sequencer and 4 effect channels. All important control parameters are automatable. The result: Elastic drum composition with a unique character! Features: - 6 synth channels with 13 different percussion synth engines (kick, snare, hihat, clap, tom, wobble, fm, fm4, square, grain, synth, drone, sampler) - 12 parameters for each synth engine - automation for each parameter via knob recording or velocity - 4 send effect channels with 2x13 mono effects and 2x11 stereo effects - automation for all of the 8 possible effect parameters via xy pad - master effects (stutter, delay, compressor ...) - 16 step sequencer for the 6 channels, each with its own tempo multiplier & length - record audio and export to Soundcloud or Audioshare - email audio recordings and presets - Audiobus, Audiobus Remote, Inter-App Audio and Ableton Link support - Midi learn/Midi implementation of the most important parameters Because all sounds get generated in realtime, the app is cpu heavy! iPhones 5 and greater can handle it with no problem, on iPhone 4s effects 3 and 4 get switched off by the engine automatically to save some cpu power. iPhone 4 and iPad1 are NOT recommended! cette appli est faite pour vous, les sons sont top et il est facile dexpérimenter. les mises a jour sont régulières, ce qui est un bon point. à mon gout la meilleur app de drums (au niveau polyvalence) tout est réglable et on peut automatiser les potentiomètres.

Great app, but the song-mode does not keep the value of pattern length. And so the automation. Song-mode and automation stay at 16 units while pattern-length is set to 12. THX

Oberfette Drums, analoger Sound! Leider: Auch ohne jede Sync - Verbindung, also weder Midi noch ableton Link, gibts sehr fiese Gleichlauf-Schwankungen. Selbst mit einem Instrument, ohne swing. Getestet auf iPad Pro und iPhone 5s...gleicher Fehler.

ABER: 1. Keine 6 Plus / 6S Plus Anpassung! Das wird spätestens dann offensichtlich, wenn die Tastatur sichtbar wird. 2. spielt man länger damit rum, fallen Einem (nach Jahren Entwicklung, die dieses Tool inzwischen schon hinter sich hat) noch reichlich Bugs in Sachen Timing und Haptik der Oberfläche auf. Ich werde aus irgend einem Grund das Gefühl nicht los, es mit einer Java-Anwendung zu tun zu haben, obwohl das eigentlich nicht möglich ist. (?) 3. Leider werden einige der Parameter-Änderungen nur sprunghaft mit Knackser, also ungeglättet umgesetzt. Es wäre schön, wenn man sich sowas Projekt/Session-Bezogen aussuchen könnte. 4. Die Automation wird offenbar nur in ein Raster von 1/16 aufgezeichnet. Trotz Allem: Diese DrumMachine ist schon der Hammer in seiner grundsätzlichen Konstruktion! Könnte aus meiner Sicht dennoch einigen Feinschliff vertragen. Ich wünsche viel Erfolg dabei!
