1.Startups with an innovative tech based idea/solution 2.Should be registered as an entity ( Pvt Ltd/OPC, LLP/Partnership, Proprietorship) in Karnataka 3.Total revenue generated in terms of turnover from the date of incorporation should be less than INR. 50 Crore 4.At least 50% of qualified workforce should be employed in Karnataka 5.Startups that have been winners of Idea2PoC Grant Scheme/ Grand Challenges or have received any grant/ funds from Dept of IT BT, Government of Karnataka will not be eligible to apply. 6.Should not have crossed 4 years from the date of incorporation for Technology based (IT/ ITES, ESDM, AVGC, Med-Tech & Non Bio-tech) and 7 years for Biotechnology (Core Bio-tech) based companies as on 31st August 2018
