Description
Elevator Pitch is a system that can be used by business people to find and contact other business people. This can be done on the move, for example, at the airport, on the plane, on the train or at the hotel. The system makes it possible to search within a certain radius of where the user of the Elevator Pitch app is.
Users of the system set up on the system by using his LinkedIn account. This creates a unique Elevator Pitch business card containing the name, company, title and location with the possibility to link a number of keywords that describe the skills the user possess.
Users who are looking for business people with specific skills can search other users keywords, and thus narrow the search for a way to find exactly the profile they are looking for. Users can also search for profiles according to their original location or country.
The system is particularly suitable for conferences, trade fairs and similar events, where many business people are gathered in the same place and time. The hosts who will for example be holding a conference can create the conference on Elevator Pitchs website, and participants can then access the conference on the Elevator Pitch app. Elevator Pitch automatically creates a list of participants as more people sign up. People who sign up for an event is being isolated in a virtual space and can find and contact each other people in that space. Users seeking other users of an event can further narrow the participants by Filter on keywords and origin location.
