Dear the one who made this app
Please update and fix the username table because am facing a problem with the username table that I make my user name as my email address and my mail contains 24 letters and u make the maximum digits 20 so I cant log in and use this service, I called 101 and they told me I have to go to the main office to change the username. I dont have the time to go and wait in the Q for only changing a username because of a mistake from the app, anyway please update it because am sure am not the only one who will face this problem, Please inform me when u update the app Thanks a lot Ahmed Al-Nasiri
Username field limit
The username field has a limit on the number of characters and does not accept the full email address for login. Thank you.
Elife on not good
I did subscribed this app for a chance to watch live pinoy channel. The live channel is loading only not good and mention in etisalat a over 200 live channel imagine i cant watch even pinoy channel it says is not in your subscription. You must change and make choices of the package paying a month of 30aed is not worth it. I will be cancelling this subscription @ etisalat
This is completely useless.
No video. Just loads blank screen, I can see the tv guide and channel list, but no video at all, whether live TV or replay. Fix it please.
Works only in UAE
Whats the point of using it only in UAE. You should add an option to enable for people who travel on business trip for a short duration.
Extremly bad service
I dont understand why etisalat keep ignoring this. This is a paid service and it was working when i started it with all my channels like bein now nothing is working but u keep charging me! Also all can see that the last update was on dec 2013 so no investe,ent so ever for customers.
