Most retailers these days elect to send transaction receipts through email. Having receipts delivered to a direct email inbox is easy and simple. However, when we choose to have our receipts emailed to us, it is not uncommon to spend unnecessary extra time at the cash register pronouncing or typing our emails and this can often be annoying. This in turn causes many shoppers to avoid this receipt option. With the “eMail My Receipt” application, your email is simply transferred into a barcode or QR. All it takes is a swipe from the retailers already providing email receipt services and your receipt is instantly delivered to your email inbox, saving the misunderstanding that occurs when articulating or typing your email address.
