One of the most valuable resources for a doctor, especially in emergencies, is having clear and immediate therapeutic schemes available. However, calculating the infusion rate of certain drugs can take time and be prone to errors—precisely when speed is crucial.
This app allows you to instantly calculate the infusion rate of the main drugs used in emergency care: simply select the required dosage and, if needed, the patient’s weight.
Each drug includes:
• An interactive therapeutic chart with indications of possible boluses and infusion rates (ml/h) for different dilution modes, both with a pump and gravity infusion.
• A concise yet comprehensive information sheet with indications, contraindications, warnings, and references.

Buona ma migliorabile
Idea buona, facile da consultare e rapida.. Ma mancano molti farmaci! Per esempio propofol, midarine, efedrina, esmololo, salbutamolo, magnesio solfato............ Spero in un prossimo aggiornamento!!

Fondamentale sostituto dei tanti "notes" che affollano le tasche dei nostri camici! Di utilizzo immediato. Auspico sollecito ampliamento del data-base dei farmaci (salbutamolo, ebrantil, magnesio solfato, KCl, ecc.) ricalcando la stessa cura per il dettaglio fin qui dimostrata. Complimenti.
