Emissions Tracker, by Mercury Development, helps raise climate change awareness by keeping track of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions - the major cause of climate change and global warming.
Fueled by statistics from the World Bank and built on Mercury Development’s Data Visualization Framework, Emissions Tracker provides a snapshot of current emission levels for 30 countries. The app also lets you study a country’s 20-year emissions history. Select a country from the globe to see a historic chart comparing its GHG levels to countries with the highest and lowest emissions rates. What countries are doing their part? Which ones need to do more? Emissions Tracker enables you to dig deep and analyze the numbers.
