Difficult to use

afrycl · 9 years ago · v1.1.2

The information contained within is AWESOME! But the way the information is presented is subpar. It takes SOOOO many taps to get to the information I want. i.e. the way the app is setup/formatted makes it difficult to use. This is NOT ideal in an emergency situation. Not a very intuitive interface. Needs a serious update.

Not updated for iPhone 6/7

Good content but for some reason still uses screen resolution for iPhone 5 so all the content is huge and kind of blurry on newer phones. Desperately needs an update.

Perfect for this ICU nurse!

I love having the book as a reference for titrating drips on my pts, but I think Ill get a lot more use out of the app since the book isnt always around. There is a ton of info in this app, but its still very clean and user-friendly. Easy to find what youre looking for. Good job EMRA!

Helps your own BP too

Now THIS is what Ive been looking for... You know when youre running a trauma/code/resus and you need to choose x drug... And crap, you forget which drug is better, y or z... And what was the dose again, 0.1mg/kg or 0.3? Depending on how your brain works, you can find your answer based on looking by disease, by drug, or by system. And the dose calculator is always right there whenever you get to your drug of choice. Totally worth adding $10 to my debt!

Awesome

This app is perfect for providers who deal with critically ill patients. From ED doctors who work in community sites where these medications are not frequently used to critical care nurses in ICUs, this app is easy to use, intuitive, gives you just the right depth of information while also covering the multitude of drips and drugs that are used in all the various organ systems. I think I like this app more than EMRAs abx guide and Ive been using that one for years.

An essential app for the EM resident

Dr. Greenwood and the team have done an admirable job with this app. I thought the pocketbook was great, but this is so functional and I can find what I need in seconds! Just another top-notch product from EMRA

Execellent Electronic ED Reference

Great tool for clinical use in the ED. Very intuitive for all users. Covers all aspects of critical care. Top value and recommened app for those in Emergency Medicine.
