The Elsevier Enhanced Book Shelf (EEB Shelf) is an innovative augmented reality app for students and healthcare professionals. This app makes it easy for the user to visualize the procedures and clinical conditions during an operation. In a way this app brings interactivity to a print book.
User of this app has to just scan images with the video icon given in the printed book, and they can access augmented content associated with the particular topic or section of the book.
For the time being, this app has surgical videos, we will be adding lot more features within this app depending on the book content so keep visiting us.
