The Highmark Passport App is intended for use by Highmark members in Western and Northeast Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Delaware and select counties in Central Pennsylvania.
As a Highmark Medicare Advantage or ACA Direct Pay member you’ll have full access to enhanced resources and scheduled information to help guide you on your journey to better health. The Passport App puts all of your healthcare resources at your fingertips and introduces new digital features including:

* Daily prescription dosage reminders/alerts
* Prescription refill reminders/alerts
* Health Care Contact Directory (physician, pharmacist, specialists, dentist, etc.)
* Instant access to helpful links, health plan phone numbers, and various resources
* Coverage information and search capabilities.
