The Emirates Post Group constantly seeks to provide postal services and solutions that match the latest trends in global postal services, with a focus on making post offices one-stop shops that offer multiple services through a network over 115 post offices, driven by the goal of constantly raising customer satisfaction and adhering to principles of corporate social responsibility. Accordingly, the Emirates Post Group is providing this new Mobile Application for the Consumers to use the online services available through their Mobile Devices. The available online services in this release are the following: - Rate Calculator: This service allows the user to calculate the Mail Rate using his mobile device. - Track & Trace: This service allows the user to track & trace the mail items. - E-P.O. Box: This service allows the user to be up to date with the transactions of his registered Electronic P.O.Box. - Location: Use this service to locate the Post Offices locations across the Emirates. - Customer Enquiry: This service allows the user to submit complaints, suggestions, compliments and other enquiries to the Emirates Post Group. - Follow up: This service allows the User to follow up on previously submitted requests. تسعى مجموعة بريد الإمارات باستمرار لتقديم الخدمات والحلول البريدية التي تتطابق مع أحدث الاتجاهات في مجال الخدمات البريدية العالمية، مع التركيز على جعل مكاتب البريد مركزاً لتقديم خدمات متنوعة تحت سقف واحد، وذلك من خلال شبكة مكاتبها المنتشرة بالدولة والتي تصل إلى أكثر من 115 مكتب بريد، لتنطلق المجموعة نحو تحقيق رضا العملاء بالإضافة إلى التزامها بمبادئ المسؤولية المجتمعية. و في هذا الإطار، تقدم مجموعة بريد الإمارات تطبيق الخدمات الإلكترونية للهواتف المتحركة، بحيث يتمكن العملاء من تقديم طلبات أو الاستفادة من خدمات مجموعة بريد الإمارات الكترونيًا و من خلال الهاتف المتحرك. الخدمات المتوفرة في هذا الإصدارهي: - حاسبة الأسعار: تمكَن المستخدم من احتساب تكلفة الإرسالية الكترونيًا. - التعقب و المتابعة: تمكَن المستخدم من تعقب البريد المرسل. - الصندوق الإلكتروني: تسمح للمستخدم المسجّل، بمتابعة حركة الصندوق الإلكتروني الخاص به. - الموقع: تسمح للمستخدم بالاستعلام عن مواقع مكاتب البريد في مختلف الإمارات. - استعلامات العملاء: تسمح للمستخدم بتقديم الاستفسارات الكترونيًا لمجموعة الإمارات (شكاوى، اطراء، مقترحات، استسفارات عامة...) - متابعة: تسمح للمستخدم بمتابعة الطلبات.
