Eponyms at Mac App Store analyse

Eponyms brings a short description of more than 1700 common and obscure medical eponyms (e.g., Rovsings sign, Virchows node) to your Mac. A perfect tool to quickly look up the meaning of any eponym.

It uses the beautiful eponym database of Andrew J. Yee (http://www.eponyms.net/) who still maintains the database, updates can be installed right from within Eponyms.

Learn mode randomly displays eponyms from the category youre currently visiting. This way you can either learn eponyms from a given category, only the ones that youve starred, the ones matching a given search term or just all of them.

Love this simple medical app! Answers those questions we all have….you know, "I just cant think of it/Its on the tip of my tongue"… This conveniently saves me a few minutes by providing a thorough definition/concise answer, making it unnecessary to look up my question in the index of some 7 lb medical text. Thank you!!

It is wery nice app, helpfull, but it misses some of diseases, if it would be possible to interact with creators to add those diseases would be grate, I give 5 stars to it
