EqAudit at Mac App Store analyse

This App provides a first assessment of the Equality and Diversity policies of a company or organisation. If the questions are answered correctly, then in a short time, it can highlight the areas where the company might need to improve what it does in order to comply with UK legislation. The App has been produced by several projects funded by WEFO in order to assist those projects in their cross-cutting theme work in Equality and Diversity. It has been made available to other similar European-funded projects in the hope that it will also be of use to them. When used in that manner, it produces a copy of the report for the company being audited, and another for the project officer, so that they can assist the company to improve its policies. It can also be used by individual companies to take a snapshot of where they are in relation to Equality and Diversity Law, but they might need expert help to improve their compliance with the law.
