Description
The key element of the ESA Data User Element of the Earth Observation Envelope Programme is to establish a long lasting dialogue with a broad range of diverse user communities. This has lead to an increased use of Earth Observation in these communities as per the objective of the Programme Element.
In 8 years, this programme Element has built on its precursor the Data User Programme to engage 388 User institutions, involving 200 research institutions and companies to develop and demonstrate Earth Observation applications through the implementation of 58 projects.
