Estately shows homes that are for sale and in contract way before other sites. Its my new go to app fir the real estate market.

Best real estate app on the market

I recommended the Estately app to my brother who was casually looking for a home, but wasn’t in a rush. He and his wife immediately found their dream home, the Estately agent showed them the house the next day, and they were under contract within a week. In addition, the app is easy to use, updates really quickly with newly listed homes, and it’s not cluttered and confusing like other apps. It’s really user friendly. Highly recommend it.

How is it going to say no places match my search results when I have it open to non specifics? Not liking this. Deleted.

Found my house on Estately

Looking for a house in the competitive Dallas market was so stressful. I was using Realtor, Zillow, and Trulia and replaced them all with Estately. Loved how I could trash the houses I looked at but wasnt interested in which left a clear visual of new houses or the ones I liked. We are closing on our new house that I found on Estately next week (way before the realtor even saw it.

Estately gets MLS updates faster than any other app. This means I see new houses on Estately before they appear on the other sites. Combined with an awesome user interface, its our go-to real estate app. Get it. Use it.
