More than 400 European birds species in 8 languages, including the scientific Latin name : English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch and, if applicable, the old French name.
Choose the main language and the translation in the home screen, then touch “Dictionary” to go instantly to the list of all species, alphabetically sorted by the first language.
In the dictionary, invert in a flash the two languages. They are now sorted by the other language.
Browse with ease through the index.
Seek quickly a distinct bird by entering the first letters of its name in the search bar.
Touch a bird to go to a screen displaying a picture and its name in all the available languages.
Touch the image of the bird and rotate the iPhone to see it full frame. Touch it again to go back.
A free version -European Birds Names Lite - with only 165 species of water birds in 4 languages, gives the opportunity to verify that the application meets your needs before buying the full one.
