Description
Executive Secretary helps Latter-day Saint ward and stake leaders stay organized, connected, and inspired — one place where the bishopric, presidencies, clerks, and youth plan together. Less Sunday scramble, more ministering.
One place where every leader, bishopric, presidencies, and youth plan together. Thoughtful AI suggestions to track goals, plan meaningful activities, rotate assignments, and automate reminders. Built not just for the executive secretary, but for everyone serving in a calling.
PLAN ACTIVITIES WITH PURPOSE
Invite youth and parents to set their goals, then let thoughtful AI suggest Church-centered activity ideas tied to what they're working toward — ideas to prayerfully consider, never a replacement for the Spirit.
KEEP PARENTS IN THE LOOP
Add a parent or guardian to any youth and they're included automatically — a gentle heads-up when their son or daughter has a talk, an assignment, or an activity coming up. Invite parents to help set goals, too, so the whole family is working toward the same thing.
SMART REMINDERS, THEIR WAY
Email, text, push, or WhatsApp — the app learns how each member, youth, and parent prefers to hear from you and sends every reminder automatically before each assignment. Texting is opt-in; reply STOP to opt out anytime.
SCHEDULING WITHOUT AWKWARD HALLWAY CONVERSATIONS
Members see real availability and book a time, and the app routes each request to the right member of the bishopric — no phone tag, no back-and-forth. Manage bishopric interviews, temple recommend interviews, and meetings with ease.
AGENDAS THAT BUILD THEMSELVES
Ward council, youth council, and presidency meetings — everyone adds items through the week as they come up. Track action items to done, and let the app rotate who has the opening prayer, spiritual thought, and closing prayer.
A DIRECTORY WITH THE CONTEXT THAT MATTERS
Keep names, callings, and contact details organized by organization, with optional parent or guardian contacts for youth.
WHO IT'S FOR
Built for leaders across every organization — executive secretaries, ward and stake clerks, bishoprics, elders quorum and Relief Society presidencies, and Young Men, Young Women, and Primary leaders. It serves every quorum and class they care for (i.e. Deacons, Teachers, and Priests; Builders of Faith, Messengers of Hope, and Gatherers of Light).
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
