Description

EXIF Purge is utility that removes EXIF meta data from multiple images at once. With the click of a button you can remove the camera, location and other technical information from a batch of photos which is embedded by the camera or the photo editing software. When you take a photo with a camera or your phone, it contains a lot of information about the photo like the date and time the picture was taken, camera model, aperture, focal length, lens used, orientation, shooting mode, flash firing status and also the location data if the shooting device had GPS. All this data is called EXIF metadata. You dont always have to share this data when you upload the photo online or share it with your friends. You can strip the EXIF data from images with one click using EXIF Purge.

Worked perfectly

Not sure what all of these other reviewers did, but it worked great for me. Stripped my exif data in about 5 seconds from 20 photos. OSX 10.11.6

verlief perfekt! Ich habe nach einer App gesucht die IPTC bzw. EXIF Daten löscht und nicht mehr als 10 EUR kostet. Ja, und sie soll auch funktionieren! Da ich durch die vielen negativen Rezensionen bei den kostenpflichtigen Apps verunsichert wurde, habe ich noch etwas länger gesucht und Voila! Diese App macht den Job! Ich habe vorerst nur ein JPG mit hoher Auflösung “gepurged”. Dafür war die Säuberung sehr gründlich! Bis auf 7 Zeilen in der Sektion “Allgemein” und 4 Zeilen in “JFIF” war alles weg! Mehr wollte ich auch nicht! Deshalb meine herzlichste Empfehlung und Danke an den Entwickler! (mein System: Macbook 2009 mit Mavericks)

Einfach zu bedienen, macht genau was es soll und kostet auch noch nix. Besser gehts ja wohl nicht.

Stürtzt sofort ab wenn man auf Schaltfläche zum löschen der EXIF daten klickt

Hab mir dast Took auf OS 10.10.4 installiert. Bilder Auswäheln, Ziel wählen und auf entfernen der Daten klicken… dann absturz…. Wir wieder gelöscht…
